Wearing these devices can save lives! And as someone who has absence seizures frequently, I would like to have some peace of mind when I am on my own. I wear just a normal medical ID bracelet with my condition and allergy stamped on it along with a medical ID app that goes into more detail. So if someone finds me I can hope that they see these things.

Imagine wearing these and when a seizure happens it sends an alert to your partner or family member to come check on you. They can know where you are in an instant! It only takes a minute for something to go wrong when you’ve lost control of your body and are unconscious. Even while medicated many people with epilepsy have breakthrough seizures.

Not only do they send alerts, they track your health. If you’re not getting enough sleep or if you’ve been stressed it lets you know that that might be causing a sudden increase in your seizures.

Did you know these devices existed before today? I just found out yesterday! I am amazed, and seriously giving these some thought. One is almost on the market and, has been beta tested. I am curious to see if any of you have used one before? And what others are available?
